Matt Lewis is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of EquiVox™, where he leads platform architecture, infrastructure strategy, scalability, and enterprise systems development. With more than 25 years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise technology systems, he brings deep expertise across healthcare, financial services, government, and large-scale operational environments. Matt currently serves as Senior Director of Architecture at Pegasystems, leading enterprise architecture strategy and complex systems execution across global platform environments recognized by Gartner and Forrester. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, AI infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, middleware environments, and operational scalability for highly regulated industries. At EquiVox™, he shapes the technical foundation behind the company's communication infrastructure, comprehension systems, deployment architecture, and long-term platform scalability.

James Tobias is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of EquiVox™, where he leads product strategy, platform experience, and go-to-market execution. With more than 18 years of experience building digital products across healthcare, real estate, and entertainment, he specializes in transforming complex ideas into scalable, market-ready platforms. Originally trained in law in the United Kingdom, James brings a multidisciplinary approach that combines product strategy, user experience, operational thinking, and systems-level problem solving. His background spans product strategy, UX design, full-stack development, and digital ecosystem architecture, allowing him to bridge vision, execution, and enterprise usability across the full product lifecycle. At EquiVox™, he shapes the platform's communication infrastructure, product architecture, user experience, and operational deployment strategy.

Dr. Dominique Eggermont is an internationally recognized physician and healthcare strategist with more than 30 years of experience across healthcare infrastructure, MedTech, and global medical operations. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, bringing deep expertise in operational healthcare leadership within complex international environments. His experience includes leading the medical division of the $2B Chernobyl New Safe Confinement Project, directing large-scale International SOS operations across Northern Africa and the Sahel, and serving as a regional COVID-19 response leader in Singapore. At EquiVox™, he guides global healthcare strategy, operational scalability, institutional positioning, and international healthcare deployment.

As Co-founder and General Manager of SMART LAB, Mafe has been a driving force in programs including Start-up Chile's BIG6, Corfo's Mujer Semilla Inicia, and Village Capital ADAPT. Her expertise in Sales and Partnerships, Social Business Design, and Creative Problem Solving has contributed to meaningful innovation across the HealthTech sector, with SMART LAB aligning all projects with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to ensure a holistic approach to health and wellness. Serving as Board Secretary at SOEC, she has championed social, environmental, and cultural sustainability, with her team's collaborative efforts resulting in the recognition of artisanal balsa-wood rafts as a Cultural Heritage. Her work continues to drive impactful initiatives both locally and globally, extending to academic teaching across more than 300 students internationally, sharing her knowledge and passion for a better future with the next generation of changemakers at the intersection of technology, health, and social impact.

Siva Palli is a product and engineering leader with a proven track record of carrying products from initial vision through development and into market, building solutions that align with user needs and deliver strong, measurable experiences. His work combines rigorous analytical thinking with the ability to define and execute successful strategies across research, UX design, prototyping, development, A/B testing, and go-to-market planning, always with a focus on cost-effective, results-driven delivery. Having lived and worked in Canada, the United States, India, and Angola, he brings both international perspective and hands-on experience in emerging markets. His expertise spans product management, business analysis, Agile delivery, cross-functional team leadership, brand and project positioning, relationship management, and corporate social responsibility. Siva is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Pi Sigma Alpha International Honor Societies.
